  • Before you decide to return a Kiara Jewelry product, embrace the artistry! Our items are lovingly handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind. 
  • We test all earrings, including those with screw pins, before shipping. This may result in minimal plating wear, but it ensures easy wear as soon as you receive them. 
  • We only allow exchanges for products of equal or higher value (after taxes) in cases of transit damage.
  • Some products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons or specific customization. Any such exemptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • Choose the right bangle size before ordering. Availability for different sizes may vary. Some designs may not be customizable or could be discontinued. You can contact our WhatsApp team for assistance.
  • We appreciate your trust in our products. We strive to deliver the finest jewelry, crafted with precision and care. To maintain the highest standards of quality, we do not offer returns for International orders. 
  • Our sincere intention is to avoid causing you any inconvenience but occasionally, situations like package inspections during customs may arise, regardless of how carefully we prepare your package. Unfortunately, such situations are beyond our control. 
  • In case of any damage, such as a link opening or breakage, we recommend utilizing the extra links and wires included in the product packaging.

Steps To Initiate An Exchange

  • Please inform us within 36 hours of receiving your order. You can send an email to hi@jewelrybykiara.com, including live images of the product in its original packaging and providing a valid reason for the exchange.
  • Kindly mention your name, contact number, address and order number in the email.
  • Once the exchange is confirmed, please ship the product back to us the same or next day, providing valid tracking details with the dispatch date mentioned on it.
  • Pack the product securely with all items, received at the time of delivery including the original invoice, warranty/guarantee card, and any other tags.
  • The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping charges.
  • After we receive the product at our head office, it will undergo a quality check. Subsequently, a credit note will be issued which will allow you to make a purchase within one month for the exchange.
  • There will be no shipping charges for the new product selected in exchange.
  • We do not have a refund policy.

2. What should I do if I receive an incorrect order?

Answer: If you receive the wrong order, please contact us immediately at +917799000069, or send us an email at Hi@jewelrybykiara.com to report the issue by including Order details and images of the received products and packaging. If you wish to return the product, refrain from using it. We will coordinate with our logistics partner to arrange a pickup of the incorrect item from the provided address and process a refund accordingly. 

3. Are there specific items that cannot be returned? 

Answer: We are dedicated to guaranteeing customer satisfaction, and product security, and providing customer support for the products featured on our website. Nevertheless, if you're not satisfied with a product, you have the option to return the product in unused and original condition.
